On January 13th, local time, it was learned from the Palestinian side that the Israeli Defense Forces arrested dozens of Palestinians in the town of Drastia, northwest of Salfit in the West Bank that evening. Locals reported that Israeli Defense Forces soldiers arrested about 70 people after searching their homes, some of whom were elderly and suffering from chronic illnesses.
