On January 4th, according to the “Baiyun Airport Release”, in 2024, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport completed a passenger throughput of 76.369 million, an increase of 20.89% over the same period last year, setting a new historical high. This is another milestone achievement for Baiyun Airport, as it has once again entered the “70 million level annual passenger throughput club” after breaking through 70 million passenger flow for the first time in 2019. It is also another milestone achievement for Baiyun Airport, as it stood at the top of the world’s busiest airports in 2020 and ranked first in the annual passenger throughput of airports in China for four consecutive years.
