On December 29th, semiconductor companies under Sony Corporation and six domestic semiconductor companies in Japan, including Kaixia, have begun collaborating to cultivate and acquire talent. Engineers from each company introduce their job responsibilities and career plans to college students. This move aims to generate interest among college students and drive them to engage in semiconductor related work, in order to expand their talent base. (Kyodo News)
