On December 27th, it was found that not only state-owned enterprises holding listed companies, but also state-owned holding listed companies on the A-share market (including state-owned enterprises holding listed companies, provincial state-owned holding listed companies, municipal state-owned holding listed companies, and other state-owned listed companies) have maintained a high level of M&A activity since the beginning of this year, focusing on accelerating the “three centralizations” of state-owned capital, and have achieved significant results in shifting gears and speeding up. Data shows that as of 17:00 on December 26th this year, state-owned listed companies have disclosed a total of 1814 merger and acquisition events, of which 35 involve major asset acquisitions/transfers/exchanges.
