On December 25th at 06:00, the Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a typhoon blue warning: the center of this year’s No. 26 typhoon, “Pabu” (tropical storm level), was located in the southwest of the South China Sea, about 270 kilometers east of Phan Thieu City in Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam, at 5:00 am today (25th). It is 10.8 degrees north latitude and 110.6 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 8 levels (18 meters/second), the minimum pressure at the center is 1000 hectopascals, and the radius of the seventh level wind circle is 100-160 kilometers. It is expected that “Pabu” will move towards the southwest at a speed of about 15 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity. It will gradually weaken and dissipate in the waters near southern Vietnam from the afternoon to the night of the 25th.
