On December 23rd, it was reported that since the beginning of this year, there has been a continuous increase in cases where A-share listed companies have “induced wars and increased capital” for their subsidiaries. According to incomplete statistics, as of December 22, nearly 60 listed companies have issued announcements related to subsidiary capital increase, share expansion, and introduction of strategic investors during the year. Since December alone, more than 10 listed companies have issued relevant announcements.
