On December 21st, the Japanese Ministry of Defense announced that in response to the decision of the US Naval Air Systems Command to resume the operation of the “Osprey” transport plane, the Japanese Ministry of Defense has received relevant explanations from the US side. The Japan Ground Self Defense Force’s “Osprey” transport plane, which has been temporarily grounded since December 10th, will resume operation after taking necessary additional safety measures.
