WHO regards October every year as the global breast cancer awareness month (pink October). Breast cancer and cervical cancer are major diseases that seriously threaten women’s health and life worldwide. Cancer screening and early diagnosis are particularly important.

In economically underdeveloped countries and regions, the cost of cancer screening and early diagnosis is difficult for women to afford. This requires joint efforts from governments, health service agencies, charitable organizations, various public welfare foundations, enterprises, etc., to alleviate the economic burden on women and families as much as possible.
