The 9th Eastern Economic Forum Plenary Session was held in Vladivostok, Russia on September 5th local time. Russian President Putin attended and delivered a speech. According to reports, Putin said at the forum that he is ready to negotiate with Ukraine, but the negotiations need to be based on the draft future peace agreement reached by Russian Ukrainian negotiators in Istanbul in 2022.
