On September 3rd at 21:33, UN Secretary General Guterres arrived in Beijing by high-speed train G24 from Shanghai to attend the upcoming 2024 Forum on China Africa Cooperation summit. Since the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation in 2018, Guterres has once again attended the Summit of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation as a special guest.
