Ukraine accuses Mongolia of failing to arrest Putin

On the evening of September 2nd local time, Russian President Putin flew to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and began an official visit to Mongolia on September 3rd. Mongolian Foreign Minister and other officials arrived at the airport to greet them.
