Ukraine claims to attack Russian financial and government institutions’ networks, but Russia has not responded yet

On July 31st local time, Ukrainian sources reported that the Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense had attacked the networks of Russian financial institutions and government agencies. The operation lasted for a week, and the online services of key Russian institutions were affected accordingly, including the Central Bank of Russia, telecommunications service providers, the national payment system, social networks and communication software, government resources, and dozens of other services. At present, there is no response from the Russian side to this news.
