On July 29th local time, the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the withdrawal of all diplomatic personnel stationed in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay, and demanded that these seven countries also withdraw their diplomatic representatives to Venezuela.
