On July 29th local time, 245 Japanese citizens from Saga Prefecture, Fukuoka Prefecture, and other areas filed a lawsuit with the Saga District Court regarding the deployment of the “Osprey” transport plane to the construction site of the Japan Ground Self Defense Force near Saga Airport.
