Greece restricts the circulation and transportation of sheep and goats nationwide in response to “sheep plague”

On July 29th local time, the Greek Ministry of Agriculture Development and Food issued a statement prohibiting the transportation and circulation of sheep and goats nationwide for the purpose of breeding, fattening, and slaughtering in response to the “sheep plague” epidemic. The Greek agricultural department has collaborated with local governments to trace the origin of the “sheep plague” epidemic.
