There are reports that Mohammad Abu Salmia, the director of the Gaza Strip’s Hifa Hospital, has been released by Israel, and several Israeli ministers have expressed anger at the news. In response to the accusations, Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Galant both chose to “keep a distance” from the release operation. Earlier on July 1st, it was reported that Israel had released approximately 55 Palestinian detainees and returned to the Gaza Strip, including Mohammad Abu Salmia, the director of the Hifa Hospital.
