The “the Belt and Road” international skills exchange activities entered St. Petersburg, Russia

Xinhua News Agency, St. Petersburg, June 21 (Reporter An Xiaomeng) The “the Belt and Road” international skills exchange activity was held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on the 20th. A team of skills experts from China and their Russian counterparts shared technology and experience.

The event focuses on projects such as industrial robot system operation, electrical devices, automotive technology, hairdressing, and beauty, aiming to promote mutual learning and learning between China and Russia in vocational education and skilled talent cultivation. Through practical demonstrations, skill training, and other forms, the Chinese and Russian skill teams have enhanced their understanding of both cultures and technologies, laying the foundation for future skill cooperation.

This event, co sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, is a warm-up activity for the second “the Belt and Road” International Skills Competition. The competition will be held in Chongqing from June 24 to 26, and is committed to promoting skills exchange and cooperation among countries jointly building the “the Belt and Road”.
