The relevant optimization measures plan includes implementing housing subsidies, housing ticket placement throughout the city, optimizing sales restriction policies, optimizing lottery sales policies for commercial housing, optimizing parking space sales policies, increasing housing provident fund loan quotas, optimizing and adjusting interest rates for new first home loans, providing greater support for “trade in”, purifying the real estate distribution market, increasing the supply of high-quality housing and improving indoor residential space, paying attention to the needs of multiple groups such as salaried income groups and basic public service personnel, and better implementing policies related to affordable housing.
In addition, the Office of the Joint Conference on Real Estate Market Regulation in Hefei revealed that in the near future, the city will increase the supply of scarce and high-quality land in the core area of the Swan Lake Business District, the surrounding area of Luogang Park, the “Government Affairs East” area, the Shuxi Lake and Zhong’an Chuanggu areas, as well as the surrounding areas of Dashushan and Dongpu Reservoir.
